Who can participate?
Kaiser Permanente employees, physicians, dentists, and affiliates — including The Permanente Federation staff and staff of the Coalition of KP Unions and partner unions — can participate. Whether you’re a marathon runner, casual stroller, or just starting out, KP Walk! gives you simple, motivating tools to track your progress and see results.
How does it work?
Each time you record exercise minutes, you move along a virtual U.S. or international trail — there are 11 to choose from. So whether you’re traveling along the majestic Pacific Northwest Trail or the rugged Heysen Trail in Australia, getting active has never been so interesting and fun.
When does the program start?
KP Walk! launched in January 2011 and the program continues to be open for registration. Join over 30,000 KP employees that have already signed up for this rewarding program. You can start recording exercise minutes as soon as you register.
